He graduated top of his class in 2012 and has represented and advised clients on real estate transactions, corporate structuring and financing, securities and capital market matters, and international trade and investment agreements. He participated in the review of over 100 bilateral investment and trade agreements (BITs) for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). He was part of a team that acted as transaction lawyers in a 12 Million (12,000,000) US dollar loan transaction and performance bond in relation to a production sharing contract (PSC) for an oil prospecting licence (OPL) and participated in the negotiation of a finance and construction agreement for the development of a 4-star hotel in Nigeria involving the International Finance Corporation. He has advised foreign CFD brokers on registration as international dealers under the international dealer exemption of Ontario securities law.
